There are currently five separate applications in the QwikBILL series. The file you download will contain one or more of them. All share the same set of data files and you can move from one to the other with a "Transfer" menu.
The five applications in the QwikBILL set are:
QwikBILL is an ultra simple invoicing / Bidding / Accounts Receivable program. It was design to allow small service firms, contractors, and other independent providers of services, such as consultants, a quick and easy method of keeping track of sales, bids and accounts receivable. No general ledger account numbers and no inventories. Just point and click billing.

QwikTEXTBILL is identical to regular QwikBILL except it is set up to use one large text field for the invoice and it can have a 7x10 inch picture background for invoices and statements.
QwikMAILIST is a complete mail list manager with label printing that can access the customer information in the QwikBILL files. You can have it create a mailing list by items purchased, invoice date, zip code, etc. Five types of labels are supported including using a custom drawing as your background and label printer shipping labels. QwikMAILIST can contain an entire database of different shipping labels and will use whichever one you have selected.
QwikBILLTIME is a time billing program for people that do consulting. It maintains time-in, time-out and a database of the notes from each conversation. In addition, this program can create an invoice for the QwikBILL application. Invoices created by QwikBILLTIME are recorded in the QwikBILL files as "Invoices on Hold". Just open the QwikBILL program review (or edit) the invoices and print them as regular invoices. This automatically adds them to the accounts receivable. Requires at least a 640x400 pixel monitor (PowerBook screen or larger).
QwikAUTOBILL is an auto billing program that allow you to store a list of recurring bills that must be invoiced to clients or rentors on a regular basis. You create an AutoBill for a client, just like a QwikBILL invoice, and assign it to a billing set. Once a month (or at any interval your choose) you tell QwikAUTOBILL to create invoices for the set. It will then go through and create QwikBILL invoices for each AutoBill in the set. This automatically adds them to the accounts receivable in QwikBILL. After the invoices are created you have the option of batch printing them. (You could also use this program for just batch printing regular QwikBILL produced invoices). Requires at least a 640x400 pixel monitor (PowerBook screen or larger).
There ARE more complicated and complex accounting systems available, but remember, the QwikBILL series was created for those who want to effectively manage their billing without dedicating their lives to this activity.
The QwikBILL series was created for companies who have tried or considered using other billing systems available for the Macintosh, but could not find the balanced combination of simplicity and sophistication they were looking for. The QwikBILL series fills that niche perfectly!
